If users in your organization check their email via Outlook Web Access rather than the full Outlook program, they will not see the 'vote here' message. There was also one recipient who used a Mac and the buttons did not show up for her regardless of which program she uses. Another person wrote they are using Office365 and when they test by sending an email with voting buttons to others in same domain/org, there is no 'voting' button for them to use for voting.
